Return Policy

Contact us before returning any item(s) purchased in our online store via info@kiwamijewelry.com using "Online Order Returns & Exchanges" in your subject line. 

We happily offer store exchanges or store credit on regular priced items that are sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. Items received after 7 days will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. All returns must be authorized by Kiwami Jewelry before shipping your item back to us. We reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements. We will not accept returns without agreement by both parties. The item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. We are not responsible for shipping of returned item(s) and do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
